Here we have the boring details that need to be made clear
so that you have no nasty surprises at any point
during your booking or stay.

  1. Booking:

    To be considered confirmed, all bookings require a 50%, non-refundable deposit to be paid to us. Once this deposit has been received you will be sent a confirmation email, at this point your booking is confirmed. If you book with us directly we ask that you pay the outstanding 50% of your payment on arrival in cash. However, if you would prefer to pay by another method (PayPal / credit card / bank transfer) we ask that this is completed before arrival.

  2. Insurance:

    Please be aware that your booking with us contains NO CANCELATION INSURANCE. You should consider arranging your own insurance if you feel you may not be able to use your holiday due to circumstances beyond your control (illness, weather etc). As stated above, we are not able to refund your deposit for any reason so insurance could be a good option.

  3. Contract

    When booking directly with us, you may deal with a range of different people however your booking will always be with "Pirkhoffer KG", the company that owns and runs the Auhof.

  4. Arrival & Departure

    Unless you have made special arangements you are welcome to start using your apartment at 16:00 on the date of arrival. We ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 on the date of departure, again, unless you have made special arrangements with us.
